Ingredients:

LB Espresso Martini Mix
15ml
Spiced Rum
30ml
Vanilla Liqueur 15ml
Chocolate Liqueur 15ml
Cream 30ml
Aromatic Bitters 2 dashes
Sugar Syrup 1 tsp
Cinnamon Sugar 1 tsp
Cinnamon Quill 1

 

Directions: 

  1. Using a coupe or martini glass, spread a light layer of sugar syrup around the rim by putting the sugar syrup on a plate and dipping the edge of the glass into the sugar syrup.
  2. Put the cinnamon sugar on a separate plate, then roll the syrup coated rim in the cinnamon sugar to coat. Pop the glass in the fridge or freezer while you prepare your drink.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into your cinnamon sugar-rimmed glass.
  5. Top with extra cinnamon sugar and a cinnamon quill.
